You agree to be bound by the respective cancellation/refund, exchanges and return policies of THERUAH.IN branded Goods and Services and the Experience Provider Goods and Services set out in this clause.Hence if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the terms set out below.
For partial / Full payment-

Purchases of THERUAH.IN Branded Goods and Services
All Booking of THERUAH.IN branded Goods and Services shall be subject to the cancellation/refund, exchanges and return policies as set below.
Cancellation/Refund
THERUAH.IN reserves the right to cancel any booking transaction on the Site and refund to you, the Price of any THERUAH.IN Branded Goods and Services purchased from the Site even after the relevant Booking Order is confirmed and payment has been received by us. The conditions of full refunds (including booking fee) are as such:
- Turf booked for an event.
- Duplicate Booking done due to system error.
- Booking not done but amount deducted.
All refunds will be made to your THERUAH.IN wallet or A/C number whichever is convenient.
